حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الدفعات أو المحاسبة العامة أو عمليات المالية. خبرة في العمل بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، ويفضل نظام مايكروسوفت ديناميكس AX أو برامج محاسبية مماثلة. معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة وعمليات الدفعات وتسويات المصارف والمعاملات بين الشركات. إتقان متقدم لتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وخاصة إكسيل، مع مهارات تحليلية وتقارير قوية. انتباه شديد للتفاصيل، مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية. مهارات اتصال قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ تعتبر الفرنسية والعربية ميزة إضافية. يجب أن يكون المرشحون مؤهلين للعمل في البلد الذي يقع فيه الموقع الوظيفي.
Oversee and manage supplier accounting transactions, including recording supplier invoices, expense claims, and related journal entries in AX. Verify invoices against supporting documentation (purchase orders, receipts, delivery notes, contracts, and agreements) and ensure proper approvals before processing. Prepare and process supplier payments, record banking transactions, and manage intercompany (IC) netting activities. Perform vendor, customer, bank, and intercompany account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Analyze accounts and investigate accounting variances, exceptions, and outstanding balances to maintain accurate financial records. Monitor and follow up on missing invoices and unresolved supplier issues to ensure complete and accurate transaction processing. Manage supplier relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organized filing and archiving of invoices, payment records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation in compliance with company requirements. Prepare incentive-related documentation and provide accounting, administrative, and operational support to the Finance Department as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, applicable laws, and quality standards while performing all assigned duties and special projects within established deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Finance operations. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English; French and Arabic are considered an asset. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
