To ensure the continued development of JYSK in Morocco, we are seeking a Development Coordinator (Real Estate) who will be responsible for: Supervising the construction and fit-out work and projects for stores to guarantee their compliance with JYSK standards and applicable regulations. Monitoring budgets and costs related to construction, maintenance, and other operational expenses. Managing relationships with service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors, comparing and evaluating quotes, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines and budgets. Ensuring the preventive and corrective maintenance of existing stores and coordinating necessary technical interventions, repairs, and work. Ensure the safety of stores and compliance with legal regulations, particularly during store operations and maintenance, through safety and fire prevention inspections, as well as the installation and monitoring of necessary equipment. Manage the administrative aspects of store-related activities, including monitoring contracts, invoices, intervention reports, inspections, permits, and technical documents. Handle the administrative procedures for obtaining necessary permits for store layout and operation from the relevant authorities. Monitor electricity and water consumption and contribute to identifying cost-optimization strategies. Participate in the prospecting, planning, and monitoring of new stores and locations, in collaboration with the Development Manager. Participate in the analysis and verification of new leases and amendments, as well as their administrative follow-up. Record, classify and track rental agreements (leases) to ensure complete and up-to-date documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of prior experience in Facility Management and Real Estate Development, ideally in the retail sector. Strong execution skills, with a high degree of autonomy in managing assignments and projects. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. A good understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and applicable legal requirements. Willingness to travel within Morocco as required by the position. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
