Ensure compliance with quality objectives defined with Quality Management and operational teams, and implement the necessary corrective actions in case of deviations. Guarantee product conformity to customer and regulatory requirements, as well as the company's quality standards. Measure and analyze product quality performance and ensure reporting of indicators to management. Ensure the application of the Quality policy and the teams' understanding and adoption of quality rules and standards. Identify gaps and propose actions to improve products and processes. Deploy awareness and training initiatives for teams on quality requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance of practices with internal procedures and specific customer requirements. Conduct product/process audits, workstation audits, and quality controls within your scope. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of customer, internal, and certification audits. Manage the handling of non-conformities and monitor corrective and preventive action plans. Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality methodologies: 5 Whys, 8Ds, FMEA, SPC/MSP, root cause analysis, etc. Collaborate with the Production, Methods, Industrialization, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to prevent quality risks and improve product performance. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, you have over 5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial or aerospace environment. You possess a strong command of quality tools and methodologies, as well as experience in managing audits, handling non-conformities, and implementing continuous improvement.
