- Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Technical, logistics fields or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years experience in similar area

Main responsabilities:
TaskDetailed description of main activitiesDefining and standardizing the Y-EMEA end to end Processes related to People transportation1. Defining Performance & Proactive KPIs,
2. Maintaining master data for transportation Software,
3. Creating Guideline, working procedures and forms;
4. Defining tender business requirements,
5. Defining new construction requirements,
6. Executing the RFQ process with purchasing, ensuring the implementation of the awarded service provider for the new plants
7.Defining the Emergency concept, and creating the contingency plan related to People transportation activities
8. Monitoring the saving set for this project is being acheivedOperational Tasks1. Analyzing and understanding of business and functional requests from HR point of view, to support implementing and (re)defining processes.
2. Analyzing the cost of transport and offering suggestions for optimization and rationalization of the performed operations.Plants assistance 1. Providing technical training and support to plants,
2.Offering support to end users for correct use of the software
3. Developing subject matter expertise in end-to-end operator flow and route optimization tools and methodology,
4. Acting as consultant for the logistics and HR managers;KPI Reporting & Metrics Tracking1. Driving transformation operational efficiencies and continuous improvement for managing and meeting performance targets and initiatives,
2. Support the department manager in achieving the relevant department KPI`s Improvements1. Leading workshops and bringing up improvement projects,
2. Identifying the possibilities for improvements and providing support for the implementation of the improvements proposed and follow-up of the implementation and results of the changes. Defining and implementing the Yazaki Europe Operating System (EOS)1.Defining and implementing the Yazaki Europe Operating System related tp People transportation as part of Human EOS - POEPLE FLOW MANAGEMENT
