- DHCP, DNS and Domain controller management
- Switch management such F5, cisco and Dell (VLAN, STP and others)
- Firewall management such as FortiGate and Juniper (security rules, NAT, SD WAN, VLAN, VPN and others)
- Open-source services such as Elasticsearch, nextcloud and Wazuh)
- Linux OS management such as Ubuntu (Disk management, installation and others)
- Network and service monitoring using PRTG, Zabbix
- Web server management (manage domains and web hosting) using IIS and Plesk
- Backup management using Altaro and Veeam backup tools
- Technical support for clients’ tickets
- Managing RDS services and solution (HA RDS solution)
- Folder redirection and profile rooming
- Megaevent of Windows update service using WSUS
