Position overview:


Reporting directly to the Procurement coordinator, our future Supply analyst will have as main missions to Our future Supply analyst will be responsible for the procurement activities related to all raw materials including in the BOM, advice, and support to ensure procurement processes are effective, efficient, and ethical and provide the best possible value.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Procure raw materials in a timely manner that meets the Plant's needs.

  • Ensure the reception of the materials until their delivery to the production line.

  • Secure production from line-down risk.

  • Ensure 100% supplier delivery performance.

  • Analyze critical items and take action to avoid shortages.

  • Report critical RM situations directly to management.

  • Ensure a strong bond between procurement and other divisions of the plant (Production/ Quality…)

  • Establish excellent working relationships.

  • Reinforce teamwork.

  • Achieve 100% compliance to ISO LPOF, LPA, and success in the IATF and FOA Audit.

  • Achieve 100% Best Practice adherence.

  • Participate in monthly CI competitions. Reduce the E&

  • Ensure follow-up of Entitlement Model design to reduce the gap.

  • Conduct deep analysis if needed (in case of BOM Error, missing Req, new project demand ……).

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or related fields.

  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

  • 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in the same position.

  • A high level of individual initiative, planning, and good judgment.

  • Must be confident, organized, persistent, and assertive.

  • Have strong communication, and capable of solving problems.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and production processes.

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
