Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the overall AI/ML strategy for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align AI/ML initiatives accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee end-to-end AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions, meeting both technical and business requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise, guiding the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable AI/ML systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing a problem-solving mindset and leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for knowledge transfer and future reference.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an AIML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge and experience in developing AWS complex solutions is a must (Lambda, Event services, AWS architecture, ...)
• Experienced in microservices and event-based architectures
• Good knowledge of end-to-end full-stack development
• DevOps/GIT knowledge is a must
• Experienced in API development
• In terms of Programming languages our standard is Python but if we have a strong candidate with other languages it can fit and learn as we go
• The candidate will be required to do hands-on work but also to coordinate a small team and put togehter the solution end to end. Must have experience in leading small dev teams. 
• Initiative, self-starter, and problem-solving approach
• AI/ML understanding a plus
• Terraform knowledge a plus
