To strengthen our team EDS HR Business Partner team, we are looking for a 



HR Business Partner EDS EMEA (m/f/d)
in one of our Yazaki locations EMEA wide.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Consult line management of dedicated functions to identify HR needs and develop a mid- and long-term HR strategy and tactical HR action planning

  • Drive strategic workforce planning in collaboration with the business and controlling/finance

  • Facilitate, coach and support the function leaders and management teams in performance management processes

  • Provide guidance and enhance succession planning

  • Develop plans for recruitment & retention

  • Manage recruitment and selection for managerial positions in collaboration with local HR managers

  • Help develop a future proof organization that ensures that retention of key talent and develop of key competencies

  • Lead and execute the Talent management processes for the dedicated function supported by the EMEA Talent team

  • Leadership Development Coaching and providing guidance to the management team regarding people topics as they arise

  • Identify training needs at all levels in the organization

  • Develop and ensure execution of trainings and workshops according to the business needs

  • Monitor data and improve HR efficiency, collect and analyze HR data and KPIs to influence decision making

  • Strengthen the business culture with focus on Inclusive leadership, employee engagement, learning, development, and diversity to set up an organization for future growth

  • Participation in HR projects, e.g. Employee engagement Survey

Your Profile:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Law or Human Resources

  • 7-10 Years of solid experience in the Human Resources field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner roles in an international cooperation

  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken

  • Proficient user in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Articulate communicator at all levels within the organization

  • Strong Conflict Management Skills

  • Hands-on mentality with business acumen
