Your Profile:




  • Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial, Technical, Quality fields or equivalent

  • Experience: 2 years experience in similar area

  • Language: Fluent in english

General and Task Management
Warranty Coordination

This position reports to active manager - RNBU Quality Team Manager:
- Support for monitoring analysis returns from customer to plants for Warranty process sucess;
- Support and closely work with multidisciplinary teams to identify and develop preventative measures to reduce incident rate;
- Provide data analysis to support Warranty Coordinator taking accurate decisions for the Warranty program sucess - to track data collection and analysis and provide monthly reporting;
- Build and maintain internal and customer relationships related to warranty performance and complaints;
- Acts as liaison between customers and Manufacturer;
- Follow up on outstanding claims. Support processes to maximize the effectiveness of failure-mode part analysis and minimize overall part analysis time;
- Review customer PPM database and customer scorecards and clearly report to coordination to avoid outstanding issues;
- Warranty performance reporting for top management (internal and customer).
- Support in assessing future financial risk and forecasting warranty costs liability by providing timely, relevant data to coordination;
- Technical factor discussions and negotiations;
- Preparing data analysis for RFQ Warranty decisions.




People Management
- Provide leadership to plants, other departments for Warranty continuous improvement propose.



Relationship Management
- Provide advice and guidance to management teams as required for Warranty and Quality process.
- Communicate efficiently throughout the management, colleagues and customer;
- Attend and lead various meetings and action/communicate instructions for Warranty improvement;
- Develop technical relationships with the customer and business partners.
