Position overview:


Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the main mission is to ensure that the plant has the people it needs, in terms of talent and attitude, capable of delivering high performance in order to achieve the company's objectives and to do so according to Lear's values, helping to build the culture of this organization and being recognized as the employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify areas to be developed with central human resources and business in order to contribute directly to the productivity and efficiency of the plant

  • Define the internal regulations and ensure compliance with the labor code, local legislation and that social declarations are in compliance with the legislation.

  • Create and facilitate communication and employee engagement initiatives

  • Communicate the Lear leadership model throughout the plant by reinforcing ethics, values, and quality policies in one's area of responsibility

  • Proactively implement company policies promoting a safe working environment and being an active member in accident prevention

  • Continue to develop our Best Employer brand in the region

  • Implement Lear's human resources procedures: Recruitment, requisitions, contracts, performance management process, personal profile forms, succession plan, change in statutes, turnover report,

  • Apply and implement the Human Resources policy developed by the group.

  • Manage social insurance contracts.

  • Monitor compensation and salary policy.

  • Prepare staff payroll elements and communicate them to the finance department for execution.

  • Manage recruitment, develop and monitor the training plan.

  • Set up the organization of staff training.

  • To set up with production, matrix, versatility.

  • Monitor the personnel management database.

  • Operate and monitor the time and attendance management system.

  • Draw up periodic declarations.

  • Setting up the organisation of occupational medicine.

  • Manage and monitor the staff evaluation system.

  • Participate in the identification of environmental risks and opportunities.

  • Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve/maintain the following certifications: IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.

  • Receive and draw up the declarations of work accidents and follow them up until the closure of the file with the insurance company

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management

  • 5 years in a management position

  • Ideally experience working in a production environment, preferably in the automotive industry

  • A very good working knowledge of payroll and legislation (labour law)

  • Experience in the management of employment disputes.

  • Great organizational skills.

  • Experience with recruitment and branding activities

  • Innovative and proactive personality

  • Fluency in French and English is essential
