Part of an International Hotel Group


Salary: depending on experience (opened to expat)


Languages: English – mandatory + French and/or Arabic as second language (all 3 a bonus)


Exciting opportunity for an ambitiousOperations Manager / Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager to join the team of this 5*International branded Hotelin Morocco.


Reporting to the Hotel General Manager you willlead and develop the operational teamwhilst ensuring at all times that theguest experienceis exceptional with your second to none customer service skills and attributes. This is ahands-on role, where you will split your time between managing the team, ensuring smooth operations across the property and be an Ambassador towards the guests.


At the same time you will besecond to the General Managerand taking responsibility for the hotel in their absence and support with all budgeting, forecasting, commercial, strategic and other key needs to lead the hotel team and maximize performance at all times.


We are looking for someone who iscurrently in a similar roleand has a good understanding of quality food and beverage establishments. To be a strong candidate you will behungry for successandwant to develop your careerand will be prepared to go that one step further to achieve the goals of the group.


Your Profile



  • Previous and relevant experience in 5* Luxury International BrandedHotelor Palace property.


  • Preference for a strong Rooms background, will also consider F&B division experience.
  • An experienced hotelier with relevant Hotel Management qualification / degree
  • Experienced in a similar type hotel
  • Understanding of all the Hotel Divisions and strong people skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead, coach and animate the Hotel team to highest performance
  • Passionate, you have a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
  • Is committed to the development of the business and the hotel team.
  • Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities to ensure highest levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Adept in working both independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
  • Languages skills : English mandatory ; must also have French and/or Arabic fluency.
