About the location:


A GARDEN SANCTUARY IN THE HEART OF THE RED CITY.  Responsibilities:


1. Supervision and Leadership:


- Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, Supervisors, and public area attendants.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure staff perform duties effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and morale among staff members.


2. Operational Management:


- Plan and organize daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks, including room cleaning, and public area maintenance.
- Inspect rooms, facilities, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.


3. Quality Assurance:


- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, taking appropriate corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain cleanliness standards and resolve interdepartmental issues.


4. Training and Development:


- Develop and conduct training programs for housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Keep staff updated on new cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.


5. Administrative Duties:


- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including attendance, performance evaluations, and inventories.
- Maintain accurate records of ongoing projects. 
- Maintain accurate records of Training.
- Assist HK management, in charge of the training programs and its implementation with the DT’s 


6. Qualifications:


- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the housekeeping department.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Education:


- High school diploma or equivalent required.
