Mission: 

Formalize the job positions needs with managers and recruiters, carry out the candidates’ prequalification process to provide the relevant shortlist to managers and recruiters while always 
promoting AXA Services image.

Main Activities:

Job brief:
• In collaboration with the recruiter, contribute to the job brief creation with the manager.
• Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job brief creation.

Define a sourcing strategy:

• Identify and select the relevant channel to source candidates
• Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to 
source candidates

Candidates’ pre-selection: 

• Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand.
• Provide qualitative short list to the recruiter and manager.
• Provide Group Operations pipeline with identified candidates for the needed positions.
• Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, 
internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.

Reporting:

•  Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status
