About the role

The Banquet Supervisor oversees the setup and service of banquet events, ensuring that all staff are providing excellent customer service and that the event runs smoothly. They coordinate staff, assign tasks, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and maintain quality control. They also develop and implement protocols and procedures to ensure a successful event.
