- Generate revenue for the spa by organizing spa promotions and advertising spa services within the hotel and resort areas
- Coordinate with the hotel management team on the daily operation of the spa
- Manage and supervise all Spa Therapy administration work, like contact and correspondence to guests, creating reports for Spa Manager, preparation and confirmation of spa services to all guests, stock ordering and stock control, promotions and marketing of spa therapies, etc.
- Ensure that the spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations
- Responsible for the spa employee appraisals and trade testing
- Manage all customer complaints
- Manage usage of spa facilities and spa equipment
- Implement and manage all spa employee incentive schemes
- Manage and supervise the spa services menu and provide usage reports on spa services
Skills
You should ideally have a degree in physiotherapy / spa field with previous supervisory experience, preferably within a five star international hotel. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and positively contribute to sales activities along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer knowledge is a must.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a good spa background and a true passion to serve and ‘make others feel good’ through excellent customer care.
