  • Role Overview:
    • As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work from within the company’s office to engage with potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by promoting and selling technology products and solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the technology products and services offered by Ingram Micro’s technology vendors.
    • Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Maintain Accurate Records : work with CRM systems, maintaining accurate records, and following up with leads with reporting to management.
    • Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Product Managers, Marketing, technical support, Finance…etc) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education: A minimum of Baccalaureate + 2 diploma or equivalent is typically required.
    • Experience: 2 to 3 years
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in French and English.
    • Sales Aptitude: A passion for sales, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections.
    • Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of technology products and trends.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.
