Your Role
As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv , Assisting systems that are related to production, ensuring the installation of computer equipment, tracking the repair of this equipment to avoid technical problems and delays resulting therefrom.
The activities of the Manufacturing Systems Engineer are as follows:
• Ensure the proper functioning of production-related systems.
• Install and update software on production PCs.
• Ensure the maintenance of computer equipment at a first level.
• Ensure the updating of the inventory of computer equipment.
• Access control to information systems.
• Organize an optimal circulation of the different information flows.
• Support key users, as well as coordination of data preparation (Material Master Data) with SAP key users.
• Ensure the correct and optimal use of the systems in place.
• Develop the IT tools necessary for processes that are not covered by the SAP system.
• Develop batch-input according to the needs of the departments.
• Ensure the proper functioning of MDE hardware, namely MDE printers, access points and terminals.
• Helping SAP users to use the BW server (PN2), developing new requests on BW and monitoring the creation of new Cube.
• Eliminate the legacy systems covered by the SAP system and standardize the management systems.
• Provide the necessary support to SAP users.
Your Background
- You got a Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in systems engineering or equivalent, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
- You have a Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
- You have the Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
- You Speak French and English languages Fluently.
