Job Description

Ensure our vehicles in Europe are easy to use and intuitive Ensure our vehicles in Europe have all necessary and relevant features regarding HMI for a successful Europe market entry Define Unique Selling Points in the area of User interface to support the defined market position of our vehicles in Europe Run detailed benchmark of HMI of competing models/brands in Europe Support HMI team in E/E with a user-centric approach Monitor latest upcoming development trends and technological requirements in the field of HMI Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective

Qualifications

You have a Degree in Electronic Engineering or comparable You have significant (>5 years) experience in a similar position for HMI at a Tier 1 or OEM You are able to lead engineering teams to achieve an intuitive user experience You have a detailed understanding of Human perception You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.) You are fluent in EnglishMandarin skills advantageous
