We are looking for a Master Data Intern for a period of 6 months, starting September 2024.
Integrated into the Technical Service, you will report to the Technical Service Manager. Your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions:
- Participation in data cleansing activities;
- Regularly update of the Rexis Database (Instruments installation, uninstallation, Maintenance contracts and Maintenance preventive plan);
- Management of cases closure including blocked cases from billing within NFSS (New Field Service Solution);
- Work closely the Supply Chain team by disabling/uninstalling instruments in SAP not active anymore in the field;
- Work closely with the finance team to have the right maintenance contract in Rexis by instrument according to the signed contract.
The profile :
- You are currently training as part of a master's degree with a specialization in Data analytics / BI. You are looking for an internship opportunity for a period of 6 months.
- You are able to work at least 30 hours per week and have a good knowledge of collaboration tools.
- You are Fluent in French. Fluency in written & spoken English is a plus.
