monitoring regulatory and normative compliance related to the company's
activities and ensuring adherence to Moroccan legislation, based in Casablanca,
Morocco

Your role:

• sure
  regulatory and normative monitoring of medical devices.
• Ensure that the company's
  activities comply with Moroccan legislation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory
  approval applications for medical devices.
• Keep regulatory documents up to
  date and ensure they comply with local and international requirements.
• Collaborate with internal
  departments to ensure products and processes meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal and
  external audits to verify regulatory compliance.
• Provide advice and guidance on
  regulatory matters to other departments within the company.
• Track changes and updates to local
  and international regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Attend training sessions and
  seminars to stay informed about regulatory developments in the field of medical
  devices.
• Write compliance reports and
  analyses for the company's management.

Your expertise:

• Education level Bac +5 with a
  focus on regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or QSE (Quality, Safety,
  Environment).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
  in a regulatory affairs officer or QSE manager role.
• Proficiency in regulatory
  developments.
• Practical
  knowledge of common software applications (WORD, EXCEL, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).…
