Our client, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects with a high level of technical expertise. This role is ideal for someone with significant project management experience, excellent client interaction skills, and a solid technical background.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Client Interaction:Maintain a strong client-facing presence, facilitating kickoff meetings, client meetings, and the fact-finding/research process to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
Account Management:Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
Deadline Management: Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
Dynamic Environment Adaptation: Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and priorities.
Technical Understanding:Utilize a strong understanding of the technical process, including GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, breakout demos, and more.
PM Tools: Leverage project management and resource planning tools to effectively manage resources, timelines, and project progress.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize a solid understanding of technical processes and project management tools to effectively manage projects and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a strong technical background.
Client Interaction: High level of emotional intelligence and strong client interaction skills, with experience in account management.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and managing deadlines.
Dynamic Environment Adaptation: Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments.
Technical Understanding: Understanding of the full project process, from branding and digital design to engineering execution and delivery. Experience with GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, and breakout demos is a plus.
PM Tools:Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools.
Communication Skills: Native command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
