In order to support our activity and the growing number of projects, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer capable of reinforcing our team during remote commissioning and complex projects follow-up. The Technical Support Engineer will be based in Morocco and will interact with teams from different countries.In a dynamic environment, the main missions and  tasks will be the following:Provide pre-commissioning technical support for standard, complex and custom projects: Prepare the third party device integration by conducting in-depth technical assessments, identifying potential challenges and testing procedure.Support in the deployment of the solution with the customer: Act as a technical problem-solver by diagnosing device integration issues, providing expert guidance, and implementing effective solutions to ensure timely project completionProvide feedback based on experiences with client handlingShare insights and lessons learned from customer interactions to enhance Elum solutionsPreparation of connection and configuration guides for third-party devices. Develop comprehensive documentation outlining the steps involved in connecting and configuring third-party devices to our solutions.
