KONE Morocco falls under the Middle East Turkey & Africa (KMTA) umbrella and is embarking upon an exciting growth phase in the Moroccan market. KONE continues to focus on growth despite the difficult economic times and we have several strategic positions to support the Global and Local “Sustainable Winning with Customers” strategy. To complement our growth plans we have an exciting sales administration position available.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager – New Business Solutions, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Administrator based in our Casablanca office. In this role, you will ensure the proactiveness and efficiency of the Sales processes, supporting sales by taking care of lead handling, booking customer meetings along with salespersons, as well as contacting customers by phone or via online channels. The role may also support sales planning and sales funnel actions.

Supports salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool, and CRM), customer inquiries, and orders. Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by the salesperson or key account manager. Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to the right person. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure timely processing of orders. Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and layout drawings. Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by the sales manager & product manager. Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments. Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers, etc. Assists in general office tasks. Customer relationship management and support in organizing customer visits, tasks, and events. Maintain and update sales records and databases. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
