Job Description



We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Financial Controller & Tax Responsible” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Missions:
- Processing of Month end closing, quarterly and yearly reporting and forecasting
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely & accurate reporting
- Ensure full alignment with IFRS & local GAAP reporting standards
- Close follow up and processing of tax declarations and tax risks for full tax compliance in coordination with corporate tax department
- Fixed assets Management
- Responsibility of stock taking processing and optimization
Major challenges:
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Manage strict reporting deadlines
- Reporting in both IFRS & local GAAP
- Tax compliance in complex tax environment
Tasks and duties:
- Carry and follow up on Month end closing activities with Finance team for confirmation and sign off
- Responsible for accurate & timely quarterly internal reporting as per IFRS
- Responsible for preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and local GAAP
- Planning, Preparation & Coordination with auditors for hard close, internal control & year end reporting
- Preparation of regular forecasts as per internal timeline
- Responsible for tax declarations and coordination with corporate department for tax provisions and new tax law implementation
- Responsible for carrying tax health check with service provider & primary support during tax control
- Responsible for year-end stock taking process and book keeping
- Fixed assets Management, from invoicing to disposal
- Close coordination with different internal departments and business units for accurate reporting
- Yearly update & review of regional policies & user guides
- Perform monthly P&L & Balance sheet reconciliation
- Prepare Monthly Business Review for Management
- Ensure rollout of new automation and process optimization within area

• Min 5 years experience in Accounting/Finance
• Good analytical & reporting skills
