We are seeking an experienced Freelance Solution Architect to assist our client in mastering the architecture and design of Digital Business Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in key components such as Content Navigator, Case Builder, Case Client, Case Monitor, Datacap Client, and IBM Connections. This role will also involve integrating the Digital Business Automation solution with MS Office, Outlook, and external information systems, as well as creating electronic archiving directories and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Digital Business Automation solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Integrate the Digital Business Automation solution with MS Office, Outlook, and other external information systems.
- Create electronic archiving directories and configure document types for both Datacap and Filenet.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.
- Develop knowledge management spaces and document validation flows to enhance information sharing and collaboration.
- Produce technical documentation and provide guidance on best practices for solution implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
Junior Solution Architect- Experience: 1-3 years in solution architecture or related fields.
- Skills: Basic understanding of Digital Business Automation components and eagerness to learn.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Confirmed Solution Architect- Experience: 3-5 years in solution architecture, with hands-on experience in Digital Business Automation.
- Skills: Proficient in at least two of the specified components and capable of process optimization.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Senior Solution Architect- Experience: 5-8 years in solution architecture, with significant expertise in Digital Business Automation solutions.
- Skills: Mastery of implementing and integrating all specified components and proven process optimization skills.
- Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills, capable of leading workshops and training sessions.
Expert Solution Architect- Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, recognized as an authority in Digital Business Automation.
- Skills: Deep expertise in designing complex solutions and mentoring junior team members.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
