What you'll be doing:
This role is instrumental in optimizing Avon's product distribution to traditional channel, ensuring seamless logistics, efficient stock management, and maximizing sales performance within the channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with exclusive distributors.
- Develop and implement effective distribution plans to drive revenue growth and customer
satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, order processing, and delivery logistics for wholesalers.
- Monitor channel performance metrics, identify optimization areas, and implement
improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing Avon's overall distribution
efficiency.
