Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “BU Marketing Manager Morocco & Partners Marketing Support” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

Job Responsibilities*:

Drive, execute and optimize product and price marketing decisions in Morocco to reach BU sales and profitability targets, in alignment with the central team. Being key point of contact and work closely with the Country Sales Operations and Hub Marketing and Sales teams to drive Power Tools business.

Job Tasks*:

Provide country-specific market, competitor, and product information for the Business Unit and Hub and contribute into building relevant approach within market of responsibility. Work directly with the sales organization to manage product line reviews New product launch setup and coordination across different stakeholders Preparation of product content for external & internal communications, such as adapting content from launch packages. Support, train and guide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and turnover target. Planning-sales, forecasting, stock management and product range development Close monitoring of local price strategy across all channels considering internal and external factors to balance market relevance and meet overall profitability targets (Forex, internal product cost and BU RASIC…) Drive and achieve targets: sales, margin, product mix, overstock and individual KPI target. Effective implementation of product promotions across all channels. Product Listing Activities - Dealers, key-Users, achievement of targeted goals. Product launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals. Implementing special distribution & expansion projects. Actively attend and present at national and regional trade shows and customers events. Successfully manage cross functional projects with relevant stakeholders (logistics, controlling, brand teams and shared services…) Join market visits with Key Users and Sales for a better market understanding. Propose central promotions, repositioning and combo to increase competitiveness / counter competitors Close monitoring of Sales planning tools in terms of SKU/Price/Volume forecast and profit. Price Upload/maintenance in SAP Support our distribution partners in African countries on their overall marketing execution.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of business experience in Marketing product management or Retail marketing. Strong market and sales knowledge, customer-centric.

Education:

University degree, preferably in Business Administration: International Business and/or Marketing

Intuitive and self-motivated, target driven in execution of task. Analytical, organized & systematic. Ability to adapt to multi-cultural environment, and to connect with people on all levels. Entrepreneurial thinking, recognizes and drives solution to challenges. Desire to work in a performance culture with a strong user and results orientation. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. You are able to influence decisions and drive creative ideas and solutions. Computer literacy-MS excel PowerPoint, Word. Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
