Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Acquisition Process
- Support LSH sales on quotation and preparing customer proposals ( selected accounts )
- Engaging origins and destinations offices, as well as with procurement and tender management ( selected accounts )
- Support LSH sales with completion of RFI and RFQs as needed ( selected accounts )
- Communicate with product/transport/country departments on customer’s quoting needs ( selected accounts )
- Support LSH sales on admin process to facilitate sales process ( e.g. legal document upload ) ( selected accounts )
- Work with LSH sales and Operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures ( selected accounts )
- Coordinate with customer when required
- Support new account implementation during Hypercare period
- Drive operational excellence in the regional account assigned to meet customer’s KPIs
- Ensure client rate cards are maintained up to date as needed
- Additional projects as required
Sales & Market Development Process
- Update, analyze, distribute LSH weekly pipeline report
- Creates new customer portfolio by identifying new leads via cold calling, using lead generation tools, and research and analysis
- Manage and support sales & marketing specific campaigns and projects
- Organize and manage LSH marketing and promotion repository
- Assists with preparation of sales and marketing related reports upon request
- Lead management – consolidate all the leads from workshops, seminars, phone inquiries and web and allocate appropriately to the respective sales personnel to follow-up
- Additional projects as required
Lifesciences Inventory & Supplier Management
- Manage Temp logger, Passive materials inventory
- Work with local stations on local transport suppliers list
- Additional projects as required
Qualifications & Education:
- Minimum five years of experience logistics industry
- Knowledge in LSH sector is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
- Self-starter, able to multi-task, strong communications skills, strong coordination skills
- Strong presentation skills, as well as strong in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures.
- High degree of integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
