They are seeking a strategic and experienced B2C Marketing Manager to spearhead their marketing efforts, manage external partnerships, and scale their brand to new heights.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Agency and Contractor Management: Oversee and manage external marketing agencies and contractors, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives.
Ad Review and Optimization:Regularly review ad performance across all platforms, providing insights into what is working and what isn’t. Recommend adjustments and optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Lifecycle Email and SMS Marketing: Implement lifecycle email and SMS marketing strategies to nurture leads, upsell existing customers, and enhance customer retention.
D2C Platform Scaling: Leverage prior experience in scaling direct-to-consumer platforms to drive growth and customer acquisition.
Shopify Management: Utilize Shopify experience to optimize the e-commerce platform, improving user experience and conversion rates.
Creative Strategy and Branding:Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative ideas for brand positioning and marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing efforts reflect the brand's voice and identity.
Copywriting: Apply copywriting skills to craft compelling messages that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Agility and Adaptability: Operate in a scrappy and agile manner, quickly adapting to changes and coming up with creative solutions to challenges.
Performance/KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on scaling direct-to-consumer platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify and lifecycle email/SMS marketing platforms.
Creative Skills: Strong creative insight, with experience in branding and copywriting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
