Your Role
Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer and become an integral part of our global, diverse, and collaborative team. You'll play a crucial role in contributing to the development of highly sophisticated compute and sensing products aimed at driving a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will be responsible of ensuring project management fairly with the engineering changes and the annual changes model, while guaranteeing project performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
- Ensure KMS directives: Break kit; Assembly sequence and connections; SOS improvement and Kaizen concept
- Prepare and update all documentation related to the activity
- Ensure compliance with EOS procedures
- Ensure the smooth running of certification & costumer audits.
- Ensure reliable data preparation.
- Ensure weekly update of reports
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Ensure good management of auxiliaries (control of overtime, etc.).
- Ensure the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application on equipment definitions.
Your Background
- Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
- Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
- Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
- Fluent French and English Speaker
