Position:Sales Representative
Job Description:Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group (16,500 employees spread across 58 countries, turnover + $29 billion), provides IT professionals (service companies, publishers, and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with offers of training and services, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and Cloud solutions.
As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Sales Representative.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the EMEA Strategic Account Directors in sales related activities with the EMEA Strategic Customers
- Taking ownership of reporting and reporting related tasks for the EMEA Strategic Customers under the guidance of the EMEA Strategic Account Director
- Assisting the EMEA Strategic Account Directors in building and responding to EMEA Strategic Customer Tenders and Customer Agreement related work as well
- First line of contact and primary escalation point for some of the Arrow EMEA Strategic Customers
- Delegating of Arrow EMEA Strategic Customers requests to Arrow EMEA countries with associated follow up actions
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
- Previous experience in inside sales/sales
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information through various channels.
- Able to identify problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
