TL Industrial Engineering (Ain Sebaa) MA-08-Casablanca - CAS00003G TL Industrial Engineering (Ain Sebaa)

Your missions:

· Manages the Industrial Engineering Team within his structure
· Organizes and carries out activities within his / her area of responsibility
· Supports the Head of Production Engineering in planning resources & investments for his or her respective function / team (additional and replacements)
· Supports the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects
Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures
· Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation.
· Conducts the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network
· Defines and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level
· Provides support in escalation topics from projects /quality complaints
· Escalates according to defined escalation paths
· Provides regular reports to respective superior or customer project team
Is responsible for People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring)
· Ensures all tools and software are available for Industrial Engineering Team
· The elaboration, optimization and implementation of production process standards
Conducts the identification and performance of specific efficiency improvement activities by applying IE methods

Your skills:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering Production.
• Experience of working more than 04 years in the automotive industry
