Sales Coordinator follows up on sales leads and inquires, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades:

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare group agreements.
  • Taking inquiries Individual reservation requests.
  • SA/VIP/Amenity requests.
  • Credit and billing procedures.
  • Handle & coordinate site inspections Service group or road show needs.
  • Prepare meeting planner kits.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings .
  • Assist with corporate sales trip preparation.
  • Assist with any projects assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong reading and writing abilities in French and English.
  • Must be very organized and be able to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
