Responsibilities :


1/ Customer Care :

▪ General support of our customers on any defined channel (phone, mail, chat, etc.)

▪ Information management to customers and internal, local departments

▪ Ensuring an accurate and customer-oriented processing of complaints and customer requests in line with SLAs

▪ Solving application requests as well as general questions regarding our products

▪ Providing price information and product availability as well as delivery time, open order requests, etc.

▪ Providing user assistance with ordering tools and customer self-service tools

▪ Managing administrative tasks, such as sending customer documentation

▪ Providing information on repair process for our private end consumers in/out of warranty

▪ Storing and retrieving customer information in appropriate customer database (e.g. completion of customer creation in CRM and SAP, update of customer information, ensuing information is valid, etc.)


2/ SC Management:

▪ Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to End-User.

▪ Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.

▪ Coordinate with HQ to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

▪ Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency, including transportation and logistics.

▪ Implement inventory control and demand planning procedures.

▪ Manage warehousing and distribution operations in collaboration with 3PL partner

▪ Implement and manage quality control processes within the supply chain.


Qualifications :

▪ Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade or equivalent.

▪ 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales administration and supply chain management or a similar role.

▪ Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.

▪ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

▪ Languages: French, English (German is a plus)

▪ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

▪ Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.

▪ Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments
