Job responsibilities：

A. Daily Work

1. Assist the delivery manager of the Supply Chain in reviewing project customs risks, and provides professional comments.

2. Communicate with customers, customs clearance agents, customs, and other external agencies about customs affairs.

3. Be responsible for overseas import customs declaration’s timeliness, standardization, and handling abnormal problems of. Tracks the customs clearance process of each batch every day, prepares the customs clearance documents before customs clearance, warning the demurrage batch and reports the reasons, finish the customs clearance in the system after the customs clearance is completed timely.

4. Review the accuracy of the import customs declaration and tax payment, reimburse taxes or fees.

5. Classify HS Code according to the local tax rules, obtain the update of the local tax rules in time, review and update HS Code database. If the HS code suggested is different from external suggestion, report to the Customs Department to make an decision timely.

6. Apply, track, and write off special trade such as temporary import and export, repair, and return.

B. Problem solving

7. Report customs issues according to “Regulations on Customs Risk Management”, review and rectify abnormal problems, such as long-term demurrage and customs cases.

C.Capability Improvement of Local Customs Affairs

8. Optimize the local customs process, such as improving the efficiency of the customs clearance and managing the customs clearance expense rate.

9. Build external communication way and establish good relations with local customs and other departments which issues import required license applied by the supply chain .

Posting Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2.1 year and above related working experience

3.Be able to communicate fluently in English and French.

4.Good communication skills, strong pressure resistance
