Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of industry clients, and provide a high quality of servicing
- Built and present impactful presentation, based on the analysis of panel Data
- Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations
- Proactively identify opportunities, sharing these with the Sales team and MI lead
- Support for solution projects
Qualifications
- A Master degree (bac+5) in Marketing, business school or equivalent
- Analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Familiarity with statistical techniques used in the analysis of market data and interpretation of results.
- Ideally, one to three year experience in Market Research or retail side (non food product)
- Ability to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines
- Effective communication: ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- English and French Language skills
- Computer skills: Knowledge of data analysis software and tools for the visual presentation of results (e.g. PPT, Excel, Tableau, ,…).
