Qualifications
Critical knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
- Deep knowledge of agri-business market.
- Technical & product knowledge
Critical Experience
- Commercial experience 3 – 5 year
- Understanding of competitive environment
- Ability to understand customers' needs, challenges and opportunities and to bring solutions that address them better than competitors
- In depth Technical knowledge of crop protection products both from Syngenta & competition
- Ability to prioritize and focus her/his job on must wins
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office user, CRM)
- Excellent Communication and presentation
