To manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s spa in an efficient and consistent manner in order to drive maximum guest satisfaction and revenues.
The role holder is responsible for the revenues generated, for ensuring product availability and promoting cross-selling across the facility’s retail components.
3 years of cumulative experience in comparable roles, with at least 2 years managing the spa of a market leading hotel brand.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, beauty therapy or similar.
