Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: Lead the development of new PtX projects, including framing, opportunity studies, development of business cases, and rigorous monitoring of project progress.
• Definition of Ecosystem Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to develop the green hydrogen ecosystem in Morocco, including technological partnerships, downstream industries, and cross-sector collaborations, etc.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic technological, industrial and commercial partnerships to support the growth of PtX projects.
• Global Project Management: Oversee the management of PtX projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and profitability objectives, while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Core Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from a leading business school.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in project management in the renewable energy sector.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in developing and managing complex projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and rigor in the execution of tasks.
• Excellent command of French and English.
