Job Description
- Responsible for Expense claim process for Robert Bosch Morocco, including document
verification, bookkeeping, follow up and analysis,
- Coordination with travelers to ensure good customer service within legal and internal
requirements,
- Lead for RBMR Service payment, including follow up with various stakeholders (controlling,
authorities, treasury, Account payables team) to enable the process and ensure payment
- Coordination with treasury team for cash advance, payment and follow up,
- Responsible for bank reconciliation for Robert Bosch Morocco (Weekly and Monthly)
- Responsible for detective controls for Robert Bosch Morocco and Robert Bosch Tunisia
(Monthly/quarterly/semi-annually)
- Responsible for WHT certificates preparation,
- Support in tax declarations,
- Proxy for Robert Bosch Morocco Book to report Responsible
- Support in KPIs reporting for Robert Bosch Morocco and Tunisia,
- Support in automation projects within the General Ledger,
- Proxy for archiving within General Ledger,
- Establish control points to ensure risk is minimized for month end closing and year end
closing activities,
- Support in Fixed assets counting,
- Support in establishing and renewing documentation within GL department.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge in accounting
- Interest in ERPs and automation
- SAP knowledge
- Min 2 years in accounting,
- Good analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
