Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Weekly quality meetings (Internal and external quality issues follow-up)
- Manage Quality Manufacturing Engineers in order to ensure that fixed targets are achieved
- Communicate to the Quality Manager Quality performance
- Prepare Quality Monthly reports
- Participate actively in Quality RoadMap
- Inform the plant about customer complaints, warranties, and internal quality issues
- Pilot Customer claims investigations with cross-functional teams
- Ensure the validation of assembly boards
- Ensure the execution of Control plan / Quality system requirements
- Ensure the implementation of engineering changes
- Ensure displayed quality instructions match workstation requirements and that visual aids are in good condition.
- Commit to Quality requirements.
- Ensure the execution of the rework process following the rework procedure
- Ensure that product audits are conducted in the warehouse
- Conduct periodical audits
- Ensure that product audits are conducted (1re, last piece, by sampling)
- Ensure that process audits are conducted
- Ensure that negative tests are conducted in testing equipment (OLT, CCT, Channel, etc.)
- Ensure that red rabbit is conducted for Dimensional and CA operators
- Participate actively in continuous improvement topics
- Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans following quality defects, and assess their effectiveness
- Create LIPT, BP, and Suggestions as per defined targets
- Follow Quality indicators: IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, COPQ
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements
- Establish, support, and monitor quality procedures.
- Contribute to reducing significant environmental aspects.
- Participate in FMEA elaboration and review
- Participate in risk assessment
- Ensure the control of prototype harnesses
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Engineering degree
- Competencies in Team Management
- Experience of at Least 5 Years as a quality engineer
- Good knowledge of the 8D approach.
- Good knowledge of APQP / PSW
- Good level of communication skills
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
