To strengthen our team, we are looking for a BSC Specialist in our plant in Tangier.
Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Master's degree in Logistics, Technical fields or similar.
• Experience: 1 year of experience or internships in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities Problem Solving Support for end-users related all issues of SAP / GPDB / Coupa
Create and follow up the escalated issue via incidents.
Raise Ideas/Demands for problematic processes to be readjusted (business case build) Operational Tasks Extend, maintain all procurement Master Data elements (Material Master / vendor Master / PIR / SA / Source lists)
ASL update & errors correction in SAP
Ensure creation and update data in GPDB (incoterm , payment term , prices ....)
Ensure creation and validation of purchase orders (SAP/Coupa)
Guarantee master data quality by weekly master data check SAP & GPDB
Execute Changes on Master Data to match the procurement standards (Safety / Firming / Transit time)
Ensure creation of LSMW functionality for all data entry in SAP systems. Knowledge Management Creating documentation on processes for employees in the procurement area.
Offering support to end users for correct use of the system
Training of the new functionalities to the procurement team/ Training of new members. Continuous improvement Analyzing and understanding of business and functional requests from IT point of view, to support implementing and (re)defining Procurement processes.
Developing, monitoring and improving systems (SAP) according with business politics and systems procedures
Organizing testing activities and training process for end users & creating training documentation
Participating in ongoing and future projects implemented within the company, regarding systems (SAP).
