Develop sustainable HR strategies that maximize the impact of the Human Capital Strategy in line with business vision and needs.


Identify and achieve strategic goals through organization and people by:


  • Capitalizing on Organization Effectiveness embracing new Ways of Working
  • Identifying and developing critical capabilities for the affiliate growth
  • Accelerating readiness for future Sanofi leaders
  • Evolve Sanofi culture towards more diversity, engagement and innovation
  • Identify strategic HR issues and themes and contribute to the development of HR responses that are aligned to the business and the strategic agenda.
  • Develop the HR teams to fulfill basic requirements with a One HR Mindset and to partner the whole MCO businesses (GSF, GBUs and IA)
  • Implement the SANOFI HR processes, policies and standards in a way that fits the SOP, the local legislative and the cultural environments.
  • Ensure the business can attract, motivate, develop and retain great talent through effective resourcing, training & development, performance management and reward strategies.
  • Facilitate the individual and collective relationships between the business and its people so that they remain healthy, open and collaborative through appropriate communication strategies and management behavior.
  • Embrace and support the diversity of Sanofi activities
  • Champion the Sanofi Values & Attitudes and Statement of Management Principles across the Affiliate, and utilize these to build a positive local business culture and grow passion and commitment in individuals and in the organization as a whole.
  • Build strong partnerships with the leadership team colleagues, acting a confidante and a source of counsel on people and business matters, while being able to challenge their perspectives, give feedback and ask 'difficult questions'. Act as a coach and source of advice on performance and development issues for the Affiliate - intervening where necessary to improve management and team effectiveness.
  • Apply group wide initiatives in the areas such as Organization Development, reward, succession and talent management initiatives to support all of the above.
  • Benchmarking and capturing leading-edge practice to propose new HR initiatives in line with the business objectives of the Affiliate

About you 


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with Multinational organization, of which more than 5 years in senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in in leadership development, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management. 
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C with unions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
  • Proven strong partnerships with the leadership team colleagues
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and French
