Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Food Industry (preferably in Dairy)

Summary/Objective

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of industrial experience in food processing, preferably dairy, with extensive knowledge of electromechanical maintenance troubleshooting and executing maintenance tasks on automatic filling machines, automatic blowing machines, automatic pouch filling machines, automatic labeling machines, pumps, conveyors, agitators, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Handle machine breakdowns of type electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic on various types of equipment

- Program and execute maintenance tasks on equipment such as automatic filling machines, automatic blowing machines, automatic pouch filling machines, automatic labeling machines, pumps, conveyors, agitators, etc.

- Monitor the health of the equipment and maintain a schedule for maintenance tasks to reduce asset downtime

- Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to equipment malfunction

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment performance

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of equipment

Requirements:

- Over five years of industrial experience in the food processing industry, preferably in dairy, in programming and executing serious maintenance tasks (mechanical and pneumatic) on various equipment

- Technical degree or certification in electromechanics

- Experience in scheduling and executing maintenance tasks to reduce asset downtime

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Programmable logic controller, and maintenance management systems

-Fluent in English (spoken and written)

-Knowledge of additional languages, such as (French or Spanish) is an asset
