Candidates should have strong background in the tourism industry, with a focus on product development, operations management, and client relations.
Will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of travel packages, managing relationships with local suppliers, and ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
Key responsibilities :
Develop and manage tailored travel packages and itineraries
Coordinate with local suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) to ensure quality service
Handle day-to-day operational tasks including bookings, customer service, and logistics.
Monitor and improve the performance of travel products.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and business goals.
