We're looking for a partner, not an employee – someone who will be vested in our success and build a high-performing team, establishing WIZIO as a leading player in Morocco off-plan property sale sector. This role is not an employment position but a true partnership, where you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team.


We offer a performance-based compensation package, designed to attract a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. Since we're a growing startup, there's currently no base salary. However, your hard work will be rewarded handsomely through:


High Commissions: Earn significant income directly tied to the deals you close.

Equity Ownership (Vesting): Become a vested shareholder in WIZIO's success. As the company grows, so will the value of your equity stake in Morocco.

What you'll do:

  • Utilise your extensive network within the Morocco’s Real Estate Market to identify and secure high-value partnerships with established and emerging developers. (Essential)
  • Leverage your industry connections to arrange meetings and quickly begin building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and lead a dynamic team
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies tailored to the Morocco market.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities specific to Morocco
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Morocco property market.


What you bring:

  • Unmatched network of contacts within the Morocco Real Estate Market, with a proven track record of leveraging these relationships to secure partnerships. (Essential)
  • Proven track record in the new home sector.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and buyer preferences in the Morocco.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience in contract negotiation (essential).
  • 5+ years of experience in in the industry (essential).


Bonus points:

  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in the Morocco.
