Missions

• Lead and manage projects related to issuing processing from initiation through closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Produce high level design documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional/technical requirements.
• Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality.
• Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering (Bachelor's / Master’s degree), 3 to 5 years of experience
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in quality assurance, including developing and executing test plans
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Work experience in development and/or testing role is a plus
• Development/scripting skills in common languages is a plus
• Database SQL knowledge is a must
• Experience in issuing processing (card lifecycle, authorization, clearing…)
• PCI-DSS knowledge
• Fluent English is a must
• Fluent French is preferable
• Autonomous, rigorous and pragmatic
• Team-worker within cross-cultural environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Problem solving skills
• The ability to work under pressure
