As Molding Process Sr engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv’s Manufacturing engineering Team, adopting good communication skills to Monitor Molding equipment/Process usage and identify opportunities for improvement, You will design, Implement and optimize manufacturing processes within automotive production environment, while ensuring efficiency, quality and high level of safety.

Your role:
- Equipment and tooling:
- IMM installation debugging/Handover to the plant (New IMM and transfers)
- Tooling debugging/Handover to the plant (New tools and transfers)
- Molding equipment installation debugging/Handover to the plant.
- Antaya Over-molding machines installation debugging/Handover to the plant.
- Ensure Training to plant maintenance. (capability development)
- Continuous improvement :
- Manufacturing performance CI projects: BOP execution and process card improvement.
- IMM polyvalence matrix execution (IMM vs Tools).
- Manufacturing daily support 4M analysis and problem solving.
- Operational project industrialization:
- Business and equipment transfer
- Capacity extension
Your Background :
- Hold an Engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Industrial or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in Molding Process
- Experience and knowledge in manufacturing engineer key tools FMEA, BOM, CI.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing processes
- Willingness to drive continuous improvements
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Presentation skills
