Position overview: Mari Space is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to support our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and facilitate smooth day-to-day activities within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the success of our aerospace research and educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordination: Coordinate internal and external communications, manage calendars, and arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, track project milestones, and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Event Organization: Help plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events. Prepare materials and coordinate logistics as needed.
Customer Service: Professionally and efficiently handle inquiries from stakeholders, partners, and the public. Provide support for onboarding new team members.
Qualifications: Education: Associate’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
