To strengthen our core team in Berrechid (Marocco), we are looking for Accountant to join Atlas Pharm.
General Accounting:
- Carry out general and analytical accounting operations;
- Produce the company's accounting and financial statements;
- Fixed asset management and Accounting;
- Monitor the payment schedule and reconciliation with the treasury;
- Ensuring the correct application of accounting and tax standards and procedures.
Purchase to Pay process:
- Processing Vendors Invoices in accordance with Procurement Procedure;
- Vendors Account Management;
- Payment Process;
- Treasury Management & Banque Relation Management.
Record to Report Process:
- Ensure Correctness of accounts;
- Provide detailed analysis of Balance Sheet accounts;
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation;
- Ownership of Accounts and Data;
- Actively participate in Month End Closing process;
- Timely deliverables and reporting;
- Documentation Management.
Taxes & Declarations:
- VAT declarations Timely and accurate;
- CIT/ WHT declaration;
- Customs;
- Social Declaration (CNSS, CIMR, IR).
Audits:
- Prepare reports and manage Auditors requests;
- Actively participate in Statutory Audits;
- Actively participate in Tax Audits.
Our Best Candidate:
- Bachelor Degree (Bac +3);
- SAP Advanced user;
- Excel Advanced user;
- At least 6 Justified Years of experience as Accountant;
- At least 2 Years in Pharma industry as Accountant;
- Good Fiscal and Accounting knowledge;
- Commitment and engagement;
- Objective oriented & Deadline Commitment.
